Yeah, you can. Just go there and post your AC friend code, and Sizz will add you to the list.

Ya but there are so many and he needs just some friends instead of him visiting a town and not knowing who they are.

You can't visit a town unless you both have each other's friend code, so the visitee will know who he is.
