Wii comercials finally out.

I think this deserves it's own thread.

I just saw a commercial for Red Steel on Teletoon.
It was ok. The camera quality sucked, but it was nice to finally see a commercial for a Wii-exclusive game.

I've yet to see a Wii commercial at all, but it's cool they have one out. I can't wait to see it. :]

Saw it, it was okay. Cool to see that turning the wiimote on it's side turns the RedSteel gun.

It's okay for a comercial, definately better than seeing a baby have a seisure.

I actually thought that the Red Steel commercial was pretty great. I have a feeling Nintendo are going to start advertising after launch, during the holidays, as they're getting tons of great press right now, and everyone who wants a Wii is getting one. It's holiday shoppers (and a bit past that season) they have to worry about advertising to, not a huge launch rush.

I've seen it, and then I was like, "Oh hey! It's for a Wii." That's pretty much the extent of my being interested, heh.

But I did see a guy from Hawthorne Heights playing Twilight Princess this morning at like, 1 on T-Minus Rock on MTV2. It was for the Nintendo Fusion tour, and I got really jealous. That was pretty sweet to see him play it as well.

I've watched my friend's uncle 'test' the Twilight Princess with the Wii. IT WAS SO SWEET! He was out fishing with this girl ina straw hat, and he was using the Wii like a 'real' fishing rod. He threw his wrist, reeled, it was so KOOL!!

Yeah finally a wii short priview. Atleast its better then the PS3 there short preview is so wierd with the baby and junk.

I only saw the last 20 seconds or so of it, what was did it show? Anything the spoiler happy havent seen?

No. It basically showed a guy doing a fancy ninja-like pose with the nunchuk/Wiimote, then a person dressed up as Sensei pops up and says stuff, then it shows two guys playing multiplayer, then shooting, then more of said overexagerated poses.

Oh... sounds like a Japanese fighing show, with Nintendo mixed in. Sweet

I can't go five minutes without seeing it at least twice. >_>

Woot, I saw a commercial for Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam on Cartoon Network last night. I was playing Super Mario 64 DS while it was on, so I didn't notice it until it said the title of the game. What I saw was Tony going down a hill at some really fast speeds, and then it said "Wii" with a little animation of the Wii logo being formed. Now for the Twilight Princess commercials...

Wow. Click. These have to be the stupidest ideas for commercials ever. I'm sorry, but frankly they're pretty retarded. The two men can't decide if they're supposed to be creepy or funny, and because of that, it just falls apart.

Yeah, that commercial wasn't very good. I suppose Nintendo did get the point across that you'll be using a lot of motion when you buy a Wii; but, besides that, it was just a poorly thought up commercial. The tiny car they were driving in made me smile though.

Also, that was a pretty bad pun :XD.
