what type of games do you like?

I'm in love with RPG games, they are so replayable and there is so much to do, you can do what you like at anytime, on a FPS you follow a single path through a level, on RPG you can go anywhere, also you can play them over and over and not lose interest (apart from knowing the story and where to go next) I absolutley love them... although I have nothing agains ANY other type of game.

P.S. I also love racing games, but proper simulators such as Gran Turismo's. I'm proper driving mad so I can't go without a good race on a racing game, I still like games like Need for Speed though I just prefer having proper driving capabilities in the cars

Games that are good and entertaining.

I love First Person Shooters, RPGs, and action/adventures. All excellent game types.

Half-Life 1/2, CS:S, Call of Duty, F.E.A.R - All being good FPS's.
Zelda, Fable, Oblivion - All being good RPGs.
Overall Tomb Raider - Comes to mind as a good action/adventure.

Fighting games and adventure pwns all!

Well, pretty much everyone is going to vote action/adventure, seeing as Zelda is in that category.

Oh, and I love Adventures and Platformers. I dislike FPSs.

I cant see how you cant like the following.

RPGs, Action Adventure, and shootem up games.

I pretty much like ever signle genre of games; MMO's, RPG's, Action, Adventure, FPS's, Shooters, Fighting (they have meet some certain levels of expectations though), Platform, Racing, Puzzle (ones again; they have to meet my expectations), strategy. The only genres I dislike is sports and board games. Some sports games are alright; but I don't really like most of them. And I only board type games I liked was the Mario Party series; but their games have been going downhill for a while now.

I absolutely love RPG's. And first person shooters as well. Or hack and slash, I'm good at those types of games as well.

Medieval because I love to hear the ringing of sword to sword and it's always fun to slash your way through everything in your path. I also like it because all the medieval games I've played have had a deep storyline.

Honestly, I love ALL genres of games, but my absolute favourite are RPGs. I've been addicted to RPGs for many years now, and it seems as if it's always gonna be that way for me. :]

RPGs are brilliant.
I also like games that have load of side quests and optional bits and pieces, and different endings, so certain things you do affect how the game ends.

I still don't think the perfect game (for me) has been created yet, but for now my favourites are, in order.......
1. Baldur's Gate II: Shadows Of Amn (PM if you like this game, I'm still to meet anyone on this forum who likes it).
2. Wind Waker.
3. The Sims 2 (This is open-ended gameplay, I love it)
4. Ocarina Of Time (This was the first console game I ever played, so I'll always have a soft spot for it).

But over all, RPGs are top for me, with Action and Adventure a close second.

I like RPGs like FF the most.

But FPS and Adventure games are very good too...

Strategy and RPG all the way! I haven't found the best game ever yet, but Age of Empires and Wind Waker come close. I'm looking, looking...
