I've read a ton of stuff on this game, it looked great at first....and it still does. A great first person shooter, designed like a comic book. And it even has the sound effects, the big red BOOM, and BANG! Everything you see in a comic book. The story looks like nothing great, but not bad for a first person shooter (not counting many games) your an assasin that is out to complete many missions (it gets a little more complicated). As soon as I got the money (and I don't blow it on something else), I'm getting this game.

I'd suggest everyone ignore any of the low scoress (just 7's, not that bad) and try out this game...

I've tried the PC Demo, and it's very fun. I like the idea of having tough enemies, as it often takes a whole clip to fell one with armour. Headshots are another matter, however. The graphics are also very nice, and the cel-shading of the characters is pulled off very nicely (the environments are not cel-shaded, just textured to look that way). A few gripes graphics-wise, though...they use the Unreal Warfare engine, and while the cel-shading is great, they could have at least included the MathEngine (Karma) physics system (that is already used in the engine) in this for more interactive environments, improved animation, ragdolls, etc.

Those minor gripes aside, I absolutely love the gameplay, and the music is also very nice. I've never seen such original music in a shooter, and it matches every situation.

But yeah, I definetly reccomend this, though I probably won't be buying it due to an abundance of games I want and a lack of infinite money.

I'm a fan of the comic its based on and the graphics look almost exactly like it. Plus well know Australian comedians Merrick and Rosso appear in the game as enemies. I think it may be well worth its price tag.

I think it looks really good. The comic/cel shaded graphics are neat, and it seems like it'll be a fun shooter game.

I love the Boooooooom and BAM!!!! words taht come up explosions and crud, that's awesome! It's so original and cool!!! ^_^

Its got a brillaint cartoon feel to it. Its a brillaint shooter game, and deifintly one for my ps2. It got a very high rating by Brittish magazines, also i know alot of spoilers so hehe ! But anyway a game i defintly want for Christams!

The other day, I found this especially cool picture, where XIII(the guy's name) has put a knife in some poor sap's head, and up the top of the screen there is three little comic panels showing replays from different angles...

i read a preview in a mag and went on some website and was reading about the game and saw some pics and i must say it looks really good. So i must apolgise for what i said (not really 2 much). The kapow is ok. But it would be cool if Ubi Soft released a comic with it...

But its actually a comic in France, They had finished it and made it into the game, So its a comic turned Game. But they dont have the comics in English, Spanish, German or anything except French..

I've read the comic in english but they were like from the seventies or something, lieutentant Jones had an arfo hair style.. I found volume 2 and three down at my local libary.
