Well I forgot to say what mine are so here they are:

Nintendo: Obvious

Retro Studios: Introducing me to Metroid and the goodness of the prime games.

RareWare: Because they are a british company for once instead of japanese, they're put loads of comedy in the games that I fully understand cos im from british too.

Intelligant Systems: Because they made games funny.

SquareEnix: Final Fantasy

Re: Favourite Video Game Companies

Oh yeah Namco... I really started to admire this company since they developped Soul Calibur 2, Star Fox Assault and Tales of Symphonia. Intelligent Systems, Camelot, Rareware, Square Enix, Capcom, Retro Studios are other companies I like a lot.

Nintendo: Because of Zelda, of course!

Sega: Really the only (former) Nintendo rival I ever respected as much. Also, Sonic, Skies of Arcadia and Panzer Dragoon Orta.

Ubisoft: One thing only... Beyond Good & Evil! Oh, and Rayman, I guess.

Namco: Pac-Man is always a classic. And I love Soul Calibur 2, Tales of Symphonia and the Xenosaga series!

Square-enix, the games they make are really good to my standards.

Plus I'm one of the FF hardcore fans. My room is filled with pictures of Tidus and Yuffie.

Nintendo: Zelda.
Square Enix: Final Fantasy.
Sega: Sonic.

I also like Blizzard, but the only game I own that is a Blizzard game is WoW. However, people claim that they are the PC game company that every other PC game company wishes they could be...

Monolith make Xenosaga and Baten Kaitos. Namco just publish the games.

Tri-Ace is actually part of Namco Tales Studio. See, they were actually Namco guys who worked on Tales but defected to Square-Enix. And were bought and merged with Tales Studio. I think.

Nintendo - Zelda, Mario
Intelligent Systems - Fire Emblem, Advance Wars, Paper Mario
Flagship - All those Zelda side stories that screw up the time line.
Camelot - Golden Sun
Monolith - Baten Kaitos, Xenosaga
Namco-Bandai - Loads of stuff. Please let the rumours of a Nintendo takeover bid be true.
Sega - Phantasy Star, Sonic
Square-Enix - FF

Actually Square-Enix didn't make all the FF games, it was Square Soft who made pretty all of them till FFX-2. Then Square and Enix combined to further pursue in business.

Re: Favourite Video Game Companies

Yes, but Square is now owned by Enix, so I wrote that down. I'm not an FF expert or anything, I only have X and VIII. I prefer Zelda. So anyway, I wouldn't really want to specify in case I was wrong.
