Trauma Center: Second Opinion= Sequel or Remake?

Ok, people have been saying that its a sequel...but is it a full-fledged, story-line sequel, or a remake with some extra procedures and fun stuff from the amazing DS bestseller.

I'm starting to fear that its a remake...and this is the evidence that I've managed to pull...

1) The title itself, Second Opinion...Opinion sounds like its saying as if the game is another suggestion, another submission...a remake...I could be wrong....

The return of Cybil Myers...at the end of TC 1, she says she retires to work as a normal doctor at Hope Hospital...if so, what is she doing back at Caduceus?

The backgrounds for some of the screens take place in Hope Hospital...with Derek and Angie there as well...

Also, notice the new art? Derek and Angie are in different scrubs (well, Angie in a nightgown )...in TC 1, at Hope, they had green/pink scrubs, but at Caduceus it changed to white... these new screens show that perhaps it IS a remake of TC 1...

So, what do you guys think? Is it a sequel, or a remake now that I've just boggled your brains....
