Dance Dance Revolution or Pump it UP???

Well...I know for some of your this game is pretty old... but I still like so I want to aske you wich one do you like better?

Pfft. Dance Dance Revolution all the way. Maybe because...I've never played Pump it Up =].

But really. DDR is all I need.

I haven't played neither. But I saw reviews on X-Play, and Pump it Up seems better. Besides, Pump it Up can use any song and make dance moves to it. Seriously.

While I've played DDR for about 3 years, I'd actually say In The Groove. XD In The Groove had some crazy tricks n' stuff for you to, some of the option are song specific.

DDR so owns this thread, and pump it up. Even though I've only played DDr once in an arcade and have never heard of pump it up before.

Hah. I think the fact that not too many people have ever played or heard of Pump It Up is proof of DDR's pwnage...

I can't believe I just said "pwnage"...

It's kinda sad how much more popular DDR is, after they stole Pump It Up's idea. ^^;

As Pump It Up was being introduced, a Konami reporter quickly told Konami about the Pump It Up machine, and so they quickly made their first DDR, and released it right before Pump It Up.

Sucks for Pump It Up, but I like DDR anyway, until we get a good In The Groove machine, since DDR seems to be afraid of change.

I like the fact that Pump it up can use any song and automatically create a beat pattern to it. That makes it much easier to get used to because you can begin with songs that you are already familiar with (not that DDR doesn't have recognizable songs).
