Rev SSB Characters You Want

What are some characters that you want to be in the next Super Smash Bros?Who are some characters that you think deserve an appearance but know will not make it?(remember that SSB is Nintendo only characters)
For me, I know that Wario and maybe Captain Olimar have a chance to be in it. They are some of the only Nintendo characters that are left. I would also like to see anybody from the Golden Sun series in this game. I know that it probably won't happen, but it would be very cool. What are your thoughts?

It has to be Nintendo characters... That's too bad loved to have seen Leon from Resident Evil 4 in it.

Hmm... Pikmin! like the ice climbers but than maybe 3.

Majora: It'd be very interesting to see what attacks and what can Nintendo do for Majora to possibly be in that game. There are so many possibilities. It could be just the mask, or with the Skull Kid with it. Maybe it could have different transformations like in the game? A character defiantly worth putting in next SSB.

Fierce Deity Link: Same as Majora. It'd be very cool to see this character in the game. Maybe it could be a transformation for Young Link? Sort of like Zelda? Shoot laser beams out of your sword. He'd be all powerful, like Ganondorf, with maybe the weaknesses, sort of like Ganondorf’s. Like his slow speed, and not very good defense. But FDL could be super powerful. I'd defiantly want to see this character in the next SSB as well.

Wolf Link: Possibly a transformation to Adult Link. Sort of like Sheik. Link is slow and strong, but Wolf Link is fast but weak. I'd like to see what Nintendo could do with the idea.

I can't think of any other characters right now. I'm too excited about the three characters I just posted about. I really hope at least one of them is in the next game!

I think Reggie should be playable he would pwn! Whether i want him or not i think it is safe to say that Baby Bowser will be a playable character. Maybe:

King Boo
Tingle (just so i could kill him)
Erika (Fire Emblem)
Koops (paper mario)
Goron, Zora etc

Regarding link: I would like to see a classic NES link (child) instead of OoT adult link this time around, (perhaps have TP link as an unlockable that could change into a wolf similar to zelda in SSBM).

Olimar: He's a new franchise character, he definantly deserves a spot on SSBR

Pit (kid icarus): He's a classic and yet he hasn't been seen for so long, please nintendo, bring Pit back!

I think the possibly Zelda cast has already been done. They got Ganon. They got two Link's and they got Zelda. That's really all you need.

....Christ, Nintendo needs to make a new character. For the love of god. And one that actually matters.

Captain Olimar seems like an obvious choice, and yet, what kind of move set would be appropriate for him? I'm sure they can make it work, but it could be difficult.

Diddy Kong and Wario are shoe-ins. Krystal from SFA? I imagine she'd work out well given the possibilities with her staff.

The problem with including characters from Metroid Hunters is that including one, but not the rest, implies that the given hunter is in someway superior or more important than the others, and I think that would be ackward. It is for this same reason that I would be hesitant in including characters from the Golden Sun series.

Still, Metroid is possibly the least represented series in Smash Brothers, so maybe they can throw in Ridley. Then the question arises, how on earth would he control? Recovering isn't wouldn't be very difficult if you can fly.

As far as Link goes, well, his younger self should be portrayed by the WW model (cel-shaded) while the TP model should be implemented for adult Link. Gannondorf should be given a unique move set. I've never understood his connection with . . . Captain Falcon. And speaking of F-Zero, Samurai Goroh would make an interesting addition. Better than Blood Falcon for the simple fact that he'd function as more than a mere clone.

Regardless of who they add (and honestly, hopefully drop), I still maintain that this franchise will move forward through gameplay changes, not just adding more characters.

I hope he is in SSB:Revo, that would be awsome, I think it could work, it wouldn't be the first Sega character to appear, or partly Sega anyway!, Throw is shadow and they have themselves a best seller!

As far as fighting games go, adding new characters and new modes while keeping the gameplay the same is actually quite normal. Sou Calibur and Tekken, arguebly the best this genre has to offer, have changed little over the years. Adding new moves for the old characters and new characters....it sums up the most of it.

Granted that a sequel does sometimes bring in some rule changes. (In SCIII, you can no longer parry command throws or eight-way-run and soul charge at the same time. Also, the wall kick was removed, because it was worthless.)

the series that's most known for pushing out sameness ontop of sameness is also one of my favorites....Street Fighter. Which...hasn't actually changed much in over 15 years. It pains me to say it, but Street Fighter III brought in some imporvments...that weren't that interesting...and should've come long ago.

The smash gameplay could use some tuning. A couple glitches (Wavedashing) need to be removed and I wouldn't mind seeing an advnaced block.

EDIT:Sonic? Specail guest characters?....nah.

I think the characters should be quite famous ones, altough introducing such characters to a SSB game could bring them out in the light, which isn't that bad.

And what some new gameplay? To be honest, I got bored of SSBM really quick. I'm a bit annoyed at how every SSBM thread instantly reaches atleast a few pages.

Anyway, on to some creative modes. I'd like to be able to create my own character and level it, or choose one of the existing characters and level those. You'd grow in power. What I'm aiming at is something like the Konquest mode in Mortal Kombat Deception - a whole new adventure in which you travel far, like in Zelda, but still with the SSB touch to it. It has to stretch out wide, and not just be limited to the small arenas you fight people in.

Most fighter games of today are taking nice steps forward, which can be seen in Soul Calibur 3 and the upcoming Mortal Kombat Armageddon, with the character creation system and the adventure mode (Konquest, in Mortal Kombat's case).

Characters I want to see are mostly either. . .

1) Old school

or

2) Japan only.

In either case, here's my list

1. Siglud(Fire Emblem 4)

2. Samurai Gordan(F-Zero)

3. Celice(Fire Emblem 4, Luigi-stlye clone of Siglud, meaing they might have only twosame specail attacks, but everything eles is different)

4. Mike Jones(Star Tropics)

5. Little Mac (Punch Out)

6. Mach Rider (Mach Rider)

I have an idea: what if there were diferent character forms? like on the Character select menu you choose link. then a menu opens up and you can choose Nes form, Oracle form, OoT & MM form, WW form, FS form, and TP form. and you could do that with alot of the other characters (like Ganon?!) instead of picking colors or whatever.

I say Chibi Robo should be in it. most definitley.

Little mac is smash bros. would be so....awesome.

If possible, then Lloyd and Kratos from Tales of Symphonia would be my number ones picks.
Also, maybe the boy and girl from Animal Crossing...with axes...*scary look*
Gotta have Toad. So what if he's a character in Adventure mode that's just there, you gotta have Toad!
Ike from Fire Emblem 9 (Path of Radiance) would be nice to have as well.

Maybe some different styles of pervious characters too. Like Wind Waker Link, Minish Cap Link (Ezlo included), Super Mario Sunshine Mario...Oh! Shadow Mario!

Yeah, I think that's all I can come up with, for now.

Like stated earlier, I can't imagine that Wario would be excluded from this iteration. He'll probably be available at the outset, with Waluigi being unlockable.

I'd absolutely love to see Paper Mario as an unlockable character. Though I'm not typically for multiple versions of the same character, I think Paper Mario would be a really cool addition.

Blood Falcon, change Captain Falcons colors. Daisy, change Peachs colors.

I'd loved to see Olimar in the game, that'd be hilarious, chucking pikmin everywhere. :XD But also, seeing the new Metroid Hunters would be very sweet, maybe not all of them, but maybe like Noxus, Spire or Weavel.

Well, I guess Sonic would be cool in Super Smash Bros. but what would be really cool is if they put Sora from Kingdom Hearts in there and I know he's not a Nintendo character but Kingdom Hearts:Chain of Memories was for GBA though. Sora's special moves could be his magic attacks and his regular moves could be just using his keyblade.
