Primal Rage

I was thinking the other day about this game and how cool I thought it was when I was younger. I played it again recently only to find out that it is possibly one of the worst games I have ever played in my life. I checked on google to see if there were any sequels to it, and I found a web site of screen shots. However, I found nothing else, not even a review. Does anyone know what the deal is with Primal Rage 2? Was it scraped? Was it released? Anything will help.

I've never played that game but I think my friend has. She really loved it, but she's a bit crazy, maybe people who aren't mentaly unstaible don't care for the game.

I was a HUGE Primal Rage fan. It was my first fighting game, and still the best! A dinosaur fighting game beats ugly human fighting games any day

Oh, and about Primal Rage 2, it was supposed to come out in the arcades, but the plug was pulled sometimes near the end of development. From the looks of it, the graphics looked better, but there were too many humans the size of dinosaurs in it. Kinda defeats the purpose of Primal Rage IMO.

Ah well, I just wish they would release PR1 on the PS2 so I could have a arcade perfect translation of the game, but it'll never happen. The best version I have of it is a 32x rom.

Thanx man, seriously. I can now stop thinking about that game.

I've even read the book Primal Rage the Avatars, it talks about 2 new characters, Slashfang and Necrosan and they even made toys of them. The Avatars was basically a substitute for a video game.

I remember that game- i liked the apes that farted.
