Next-Gen Smash Bros. Game

Uh...I don't know if this was already covered but, here goes.

Everyones thinking it. "How will the Revolution work with the new smash bors. game?"
For one, some people say the controller will use the "shell" however, I don't think nintendo will do that, it would ruin the inovation. I think you will use the nunchuck joystick. Say you play as Mario and flick the controller up, Mario jumps you the press B and he attacks. It would also be cool if you could jump, then flick the controller down and SLAM the ground.

good idea,but think about the controller.there would be so many buttons and you cant tell wich is which.but you brought up a good idea for it...

That's a pretty good idea, but Nintendo probably covered that. You might have to use the + panel to do some attacks. But, we have no clue what thet're going to do.

You know, my friend asked me this same question at school, and I was baffled. Here, though, I have an idea...sort of.

Movement: Nunchuck Analog Attachment

It works best here. After all, the analog has been proven to work great with movement of characters.

Items: Revolution Remote-Controller

This would be revolutionary. Imagine, flicking your controller at an angle and controlling the item's movement precisely. Brilliant, I say. It would add a new touch to the Revo.

Guns: Revolution Remote-Controller

Another great idea. You point the controller at one place on the screen and your character will automatically fire at that spot when you press the button...if they have a gun.

Sword/Spear/Staff/etc.: Revolution Remote-Controller

This would work in a similar way to how people say LOZ Revo. will work. By stabbing/slashing the controller, the character will do that thing...if they have a weapon. Also, certain motions could activate certain special moves (ex: Spin in hand = Link Spin Attack).

Evasive Maneuvers: Revolution Remote-Controller

Imagine this. By hitting a trigger button and flicking the controller to the side, you can make them do a roll or aerial dodge. This works the same way for sidesteps.

Non-Weapon Attacks: Revolution Remote-Controller

This one was kinda tricky, but I have something. By swinging the controller different ways, your character will strike differently. For example, Mario.
High Stab = punch.
Low Stab = kick.
High + Low Stab = punch, punch, kick combo.
Spin in hand = Mario Tornado.
High Stab + Spin in hand = Super Jump Punch.
See? The possibilities are endless! Well, almost. If I missed anything, let me know.

Huh...good idea, though I still like my idea too...well, no. Any way, new idea, if you hold one of the 2 Z buttons and then flick the controller/press a button the character you are will do a charged up attack!!! Also, if you press B but don't flick the controller, Mario will shoot a fireball, and if your Kirby Kirby will shoot a star or something. If you press B and flick the controller down Mario can do fire damage to all enemies near him, he'd like cause an explosion. Yeah.

Most likly they will use the shell for super smash bros because it would be to dfficult to maser all the low and high stabs and what not bt they didn't i suppose flicking your wrist upward to jump wouldnt be a bad way to jump

I wouldn't like that. The shell is for third-party developers who don't want to program in a use for the controller. HAL is part of Nintendo, and they won't use the shell.
