FF3 help

Im playing Final fantasy3. And I'm battling the dude in the mountain, (thinks he is named vargas, or something). When I came to use the blitz part. I simply don't understand how it work, even thought I readed the text 100 times, I chose blizt, push left, right left, and then a. But it doen't happen anything???. (where is the timing to do it, anyway), and is it fast, or most slow pused( the bottoms).

Thats basically how you do it correctly. Just don't forget when.

I've played that part of the game SOOOOOO many times myself before I finally figured it out. Though that kept me from ever using Sabin's Blitz ever again.

Sabin's Blitz is such a handy move! How could you go through the game without it?
Your instructions are right, you're probably just not doing it at the right time.

Aurabolt coupled with Egar's Auto-Crossbow are extremely cheap, but effective weapons in the game. They get kind of made obsolete later on, but eh. Sabin gets less and less pratical later on anyways. Just look at that awesome base stats-- sad to see most of his blitzes are magical based.
