I need help on Metroid Prime 2 Echoes!

I don't get it , right I;ve completed MP1 100% items yeah! But MP2, I'm at the end of the game, fighting the last boses and I've got 98% of items! I should have 100%! I've got all the ammo expansions-250 dark and light ammo, all the missile expansions-250 missiles, all the energy tanks! this is what I don't understand, I had all of the sky temple keys apart from one and was on 98%, I found it and my % didn't change, so I took it back to the place and there was a movie sequence and I could go to the sky temple, but MY PERCENT WAS STILL 98! Please help, someone, anyone, how do I get 100% what do I need to do???

What about Power Bomb Expansions? You should have 10 or 11 Power Bombs in the end, I think.

Make sure you scanned everything (including bosses, weapons, and items) and got all of the Power Bomb expansions, like Gezmok said.

Also did you scan all of the key slots before you put them in.
I'm not sure if the game fills in that info if you place the key in before you scan it.

He's talking about items, not scans. They're two completely different things.

I think I know what the problem is. You said that you had 250 missles, but there the maximum you can have is 255.

metroid prime had an error where your precentile was 98 and the last item you get is worth 2%...

Oh I forgot, I've got all of the power bomb expansions as well, I'm gonna check all my items, It's really annoying thogh, I'll post up all my item totals later,

Did you find all of the beam combos? There is one for every beam.

Just wanted to say they is 255 missles, if you never noticed they you go!

If the last boss you're talking about is the Emperor Ing, then the Sky Temple Energy is your last item. And besides, you say you have 250 missiles, there are 255 in the game.
