KOTOR III?

Does anybody out there know if Lucasarts has any plans of making a Kotor 3? And if so what kind of game will it be, possibly an mmo?

Hopefully it won't be. I love KOTOR the way it is, a single player RPG. Plus, we both know I have dial-up so I wouldn't be able to play it. I heard somewhere it might be an MMO though. Bioware is working on some new game, I forget the title, right now though so they probably won't start working on KOTOR III for a while.

I dont think it'll be online. Its problably going to be as good as the first and second combined. I like it the way it is. You dont have to change it too much.

True, but i dont think bioware will be the developer for the next Kotor if there is one. Obsidian made KOTOR II so i beleive they lost the licensing...

It has been said that in KOTOR 3 we will play as the Exile, and we'll be able to co-operate with Revan or kill him/her. Personally I don't like that as Revan is my favourite character.

I believe it also has been said that KOTOR 3 will use a new engine. So it'll be like KOTOR, but better.

Well I just hope Bioware makes the game. I hope to see Atton Rand and Carth Onasi also seeing as they were my favorite characters. I wouldn't want to kill Revan seeing how I am always a lightside character but, I am sure I know people who would kill him...DJ.

Yeah i agree Bioware did a better job, but i think if Obsidian didnt rush they couldve made the greatest game ever it KOTOR II, so i think lucas gives them one more shot at glory...

KOTOR III will be the best Star Wars RPG ever. I have spoken.

I'm hoping to have at least Carth, Bastila, Atton, Mira, Canderous/Mandalore, T3-M4 and HK-47 as your party members, as I was really attached to them (I also liked Old Bindo, PLEASE let him have at least an appearence). But I wouldn't mind some new characters as well. But judgeing by how the second game ended, I don't think you'll have much of a party or none at all, seeing as Darth Traya told the Exile he'll have to leave all he cares about behind.

Still, it'd be awesome to have two of the most Force Users fighting alongside with each other against the Sith Empire.
