Star Wars Battlefront 2

The sequel to the best selling star wars game of all time, Battlefront 2 is goung to be released on november first. Does anyone else know anything about battlefront 2? I played the demo, and it is awesome. I would like anyone's info/input on this game, as I am really looking forward to it.

All i know is that you can be jedi and it will be awsome! (were did you play the demo?)

It comes with this month's issue of official xbox magazine. The new clones look so cool, and the new clone commander has a minigun. Once you get 15 kills you can play as Obi-Wan. awesome

As cool as it will be to be a Jedi, you just shouldn't, they just don't fit. I am really looking forward to playing this game with my best friend and I just can't wait, Battle over Corusant will be so sweet!

this game looks SWEET. Although my friend seen in some magazine that you can only play as a jedi if you got some amount of something. But I really dont think that is true.

It's going to be really fun!

From what I understand, you can only play as a jedi if you have the most or least number of kills after a certain period of time. when you're playing as a jedi a meter counts down , and when it runs out, the jedi leaves the battlefield. the meter gets more time when you kill people, but if you do nothing, it goes away really quick. Jedi are a lot less powerful in this game so that the guy with the jedi doesn't nessicarily dominate. When you play as a jedi, you have a health bar, and you can only block when not moving. \\rk

Can't wait, especially when there is gonna be boarding action in space and aircraft battle...I'll own that area. It's gonna be the best game I'm gonna get, plus it's better on the PC because you can play with more people.

Personally, im most looking forward to the new space levels and controls, the new ships, and the new units for each team.

Not the Jedi, I mean the commanders.

Deffinatley first on my Christmas List. Dont know what its going to be like being a Jedi. I'll problably just end up being a stormtrooper as usual.

Well Darth Vader will of course be awesome.

The first one was really overhyped, I own it for Xbox. LucasArts have a way of rushing games, a lot like EA Games. They rush, don't polish, and forget to add the basic features of FPS/warfare games. I really hope they pull something good off this time as the first one felt like cheap EA Games crap.

The only thing I hated about the first one was the vehicles. The controls sucked, the planes were too wimpy, and I couldn't do anything without crashing. The good news is that they really fixed the veichles for the second game.

Meh. First one was good for a day or two. Second one is boring as all hell. It seems nothing better than the first one. They didn't really add on to the freedom factor, they didn't really add anything to gameplay, it just seems a lot like it should've been included in the first game.

Hahaha. You have no idea how much you are wrong. I've played this game a lot recently, and it's just amazing. They've really pulled it off this time, it's almost perfect. It's full of new features and polished ones.

*EDIT* Alrighty. For me Battlefront was fun, but it got boring. Fast. There were some things missing, although I can't quite put a finger on it...it was just real repetitive. There.

I went to Digital Life this past year and got to play a different demo than the one you get in the xbox magazine, it was much better, mainly cause I could play longer. I forget whether it was a longer timelimit or until the battle was done... anyway you could play at Mustafar and it was just fantastic, everything is so much better in two than one.

Yeah, I will be getting this. I'll probably have to wait til next week, though.
