JA Mod help!
hi,
Im working on a mod/lightsaber for star wars jedi academy, well basically I cant find kyles hilt .sab file I was wondering if someone could help me get this file and then how to use it in gmax mod program thing. If this thread gets closed I dont really care, but I want to know how to get the file before it does. Thanks.

You could try PMing somebody, the mods hate it when people create topics like this, or you could try posting a topic in your clan forum.

Ok I'll say it again, sorry:
Can someone help me extract kyles .sab file from the assets1.pk3 and then help me to transfer it to gmax so i can edit my saber to the proper size. And sorry Mods for annoying you but I've searched the internet and I can't find anything And for the record, Who can I PM?

I think you have to make a copy of the .sab file and paste it in a folder. You're supposed to use a special program for the .pk3 files that the Jedi Knight games use, I think it is called PakScape.

Ok thamks I might try it, but I read that .pk3 files were the same as zip folders and there are, I can extract the file now but I need the file to be in .md3 form now. Does anyone now how to change it without saving it under a different name. eg: kyle.sab > kyle.md3
