How long do you play video games for?

I just wanted to know how long other people play video games for. It makes me sort of think that video games may not really be worth what I'm paying for them. Anybody's thoughts on this?

What if my option isnt up there. I play much more then 6 hours a week. I'm at atleast 8 hours in 2 days.

Depends on the day and what I'm playing. Generally, I put it about an hour two every day. But, there are those addicting games that keep me playing for hours on end. Fire Emblem comes to mind...

It asked the longest one has ever played a game (which is different), and it's old. So, no worries.

Hm...where do I start? The way I play games is a way in which my time intervals are all mixed up, but nonetheless I play ALOT of video games. I may sometimes play the whole day straight, or I may start playing at night and go the whole time without sleeping (I know what you are thinking). Or surprisingly I may not play video games for one whole day straight, and if you knew me personally, you'd know thats amazing. So I can't say I play for so and so many hourse a day...because I play in an off and on kind of way.

I usually play video games 3-5 hours a day, except when I have plans. But lately, since I am still recovering from surgery, I have been playing for like 6+ hours a day since there is nothing better to do.

Currently, I'm not really spending much time on video games, so I voted for 1-3 hours a week. The only games I've been playing are LoZ and AoL, and I play like 30minutes a day on them. Since I know those games like the back of my hand (pretty much), I don't need a walkthrough, so I can whiz right by them.

That describes me as well. I may not play at all for a couple of days and suddenly I will get the URGE! I just got Morrowind GotYE (coz my Xbox is collecting dust) and from what I've heard, I can just about kiss my life goodbye.

Morrowind is a great game, I lost my life to it just exploring the countryside. Oh, being a werewolf rules, and so does being a vampire. It's just hard to get cured. When you beat the main quest, definately look into becoming a werewolf or a vampire

I usually play 1 to 4 hours a day. I am busy and sometimes I do other stuff then playing videogames all day.

to me it all depends on if i get stuck on a part on the game the i take a break for a few hours and i'll be able to solve the puzzlw

I play them less than an hour a week, I prefer to watch movies and ride my bike, that plus my work schedule is semidemanding.

I also read a lot.

Yeah, I'll get stuck on a part of a game and not play that game for weeks, then I'll play it and immediately say, DUH! how couldn't I have noticed that? and then I'll play the game a lot again.

That's exactly me as well! Well, I guess you don't need me to explain, since it is explained in the quotes above. I'm such a videogame freak!
