The Real Viewtiful Joe

I was lloking around for viewtiful joe official art to use for some stuff. And to my great suprise the Us capcm division provided none. So i looked to Japan, through careful navigation and good deduction i found the Japenese Joe site. I also found this: http://www.capcom.co.jp/vj/pro.html . I thoguht it interesting, but as i can not speak Japenese i have a few things i woul like to know.

Why is this guy doing this? Is this a sporting venue or an amusement event for Capcom employies? ui would appreiciate someone who can understand this like Mercutio to tell me what is going on there.

If this belongs in advertising or entertainment forgive me, i do not wish to bring traffic to the site and can not be fully entertained if i don'tt understand. Plus it must have something to do with the game, right?
