Xenosaga Episode II: Jenseits von Gut und Bose

( I think that means "Beyond Good & Evil")
Well, after months of anticipation there's finally some news and screens of the next game in the series for me and any other fan to drool over. I saw them in GameInformer but I tracked 'em down online too. Go here: http://www.psxextreme.com/scripts/sc....asp?scrID=412

Its too bad the game wont come out for a while though...but look at the graphics, they've improved so much!! Less anime-ish and a bit more real. And Shion & Kosmos are beautiful!!^_^ I like the changes they made to thier appearances. I guess Shions brother will be playable too, (hes the guy on the bottom left screenshot). Theyre dumming down all those intricate menus...I guess that was a suggestion several fans made to Namco. I didnt think they were hard though...did anyone else?
Well anyways, who is else super-psyched!?!?

Oh, and in November, Japans re-releasing Episode 1 with a preview of Ep. 2 and tons of other little in-game bonus features like different costumes and stuff of the sort. Since the game sports English Dialogue, ill be importing that, the menus shoudnt be too hard to navigate...

Personally, I preferred the style they had in the original, unfortuneately, I've never had the joy of playing the first one either

Xenogears hardly relates to Xenosaga though.
Everything takes place on one planet, nothing about gnosis is mentioned, and its developed by Squaresoft, not Namco (monolith soft.). So I hardly say that Gears is a part of the seiries...it was a good game though, dont get me wrong. But judging that this is a topic on XENOSAGA, I would think that he was talking about XENOSAGA...

xenosaga is ep 1, the new xenosaga is episode 2, and xenogears is ep 5.

Yeah, I knew that, Im just saying I dont see how the stories are related....yet. Hopefully it will be made more clear in the next few installments. And I thought there were going to be 6 Xenosagas?? I really dont remember what magazine said that, but Im sure I saw it somewhere. But ill keep posting~I dont know why you said that.
Anyways, stop posting in this topic unless its regarding the NEW game. Im done with the subject of Xenogears.
