I don't think you used enough exclamation points.
Now, things like this are only worth buying if you didn't get the game when it came out the first time. And multiplayer stealth games aren't typically fun, unless there's a cool twist, like in Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow.
Or, if you kept your old copy in mint condition (no scratches on disk and everything is still there, and you should be keeping your games in good condition) you could probably get $25 for it to fund the purchase of the new version, if you really want it.
