I love the MegaMan games, though at some parts, they piss me off for being so difficult. All the games are hard and are guaranteed to give you a brain anyrism. They're fun, but a little overly difficult. Oh yeah, I like the X series the best.
Haku will say this:
"The haiku inspires passion,
though the method tires."
I voted Batlle network, but I can't choose between that and legends. They are both gret series. I've never been able to play the orginals, like x zero and classic, but I would like to.
Gumshoe: But 15 minutes later, you did a U-turn and came to pick me up!
Gumshoe: I knew you would never forget about me, Mr. Edgeworth!
Edgeworth: Y-Yes. Of course. (Those 15 minutes were just... an exception.)
I voted for classic, but I like the X series just as much. I have beaten every game from both of those series countless times and they rock (except for mmx7 which doesn't rock nearly as much) but mmx8 was awesome. I thought the others series were fun, but they just weren't as good.
Obviously the classics. I cant understand the new megaman games. I tried watching the TV show and that confused me even more. " Megaman, your ultra data unit, V mega computer isnt fuctional, you dont have the power to deafeat him." Whats that?? Megaman is simply going from level to level earning new powers to deafeat Dr. Wily.

Gah, I love the Legends games, megaman X for SNES, and Megaman Zero, because he is most definitely badass.
Legends- Megaman RPG with an interesting story, cool weapons, good gameplay...(I owned both of them..) what's not to like?
Megaman X for SNES- memorable story, good ol' side scroller shooting at it's best.
Megaman Zero- interesting story...and Zero has always been my favorite megaman character.
I liked the first Megaman Battle Network okay...but Megaman slowly mutated into a poke'mon clone because of this game...
are you sure? I thought Megaman Legends was adventure/RPG...It sure seemed like one...you could level up your weapons, save your game by talking to an adorable animal, and use health items...and it had an interesting story, as well. I think MML was superior to two, but I beat them both.
I only liked Mega Man X. I never heard about Mega Man until my Dad bought me X for SNES years ago. I started playing it and spent at least three years on it before I beat the game. Sadly to say, I never knew which weapon would deal the most damage to which boss, so I just used the same old weak weapon over and over again...
I always thought that MM legends was RPG guess not
Please note that the back of MMXCM calls it the FIRST rpg in the megaman series. Legends was not an RPG at all.
First off, I love capcom as my avatar and sig imples.
Yes, I love the megaman series and still play the games to this day. I recently completed Megaman & Bass, Megaman Zero 3 and I'm working on X8.
The series honestly seems to be getting back on it's feet after that crapfest that was X7.
As far as the best sub series of megaman goes....undecided. I was going to pick Zero but the gameplay is the same as the X series so that wouldn't make sense. Then there's the classic series with it's simplistic yet challenging action. Don't even mention battle network to me. I hate it and think it disgraces what the series once was.
Holy crap, when is that mega man x collection coming out?
