Favorite weapon on halo2

I would say scarab gun all the way ... if i had to pick a weopon that didnt have to be unlocked than it would be the energy sword ... post ur thoughts!

I haven't played enough of Halo 2 to have a favourite weapon, but the Pistol from the first is damn good if you know how to use it. In fact, it's far too powerful considering it's a default weapon. Damn unbalanced game.

I would say the battle rifle. I love how it shoots, and it looks awesome.

THE BRUTE SHOT!!! I love that thing! It's like an Energy Sword and Rocket Launcher rolled into one convenient package! I could never get enough of using that wickedly ingenious weapon.

But when it helps you get rid of a Hunter with one scoped shot to the back, you don't care.

The Sniper Rifle is my favorite, being able to take out enemies from afar is priceless.

My second favorite would have to be the Plasma Rifle Smg combo, plasma takes out shields while Smg kills.

Energy sword. I just love whack enemies with it. .Secondary would be Sniper rifle, its good shoot them from afar without any bigger danger.

I have developed a fear of sniper rifles, in the DM level with the wind turbine I had random weapons, and my friend was in a tank. Unfortunately, the randomness didn't include a RL, just both types of sniper, and I started with an SMG and energy blade. At least by the end I had gotten halfway to his score (8-16). Aside fom that, the energy blade is best, I'm a pro with it

The Shotgun, by far. That's a man's weapon right there. Screw your pussy energy sword.

Shotgun and Magnum. Yeah, I'm old school. The energy sword is really a broken weapon; it's FAR to effective and takes the strategy out of multiplayer matches.

As far as effectiveness goes, it's a tie between the brute shot grenade launcher and Shotgun.

I love that needler if you have double whoa your a badass! They fire so fast and home in on your enimy.

The sniper rifles are always alot of fun. but when the introduced dual-wielding. Dual Needlers cant be messed with =P

It hasn't actually been announced that it'll have a price or not. (check gamespot) Some are saying it'll be downloadable free content like Ninja Gaidan.

Well, that's less disheartening, anyway. At least we know Bungie haven't become complete Microsoft whores. Maybe they'll even throw in an ending this time around, too. :razz:

They more than likely will. The expansion is supoosed to come with some kind of FMV video...I can't think of what else it could be.
