I can't remember most boss themes, the only one that comes to mind that I particulary liked was Magus's theme from Chrono Trigger. It fit his character very well, and when I first heard it, it gave me chills. His theme had a nice evil eery tone to it.

Kefkas from FF6 is good. It's kindof circusy (SP?) and it has a funny little bad 8-bit beat to it. It suits the character's funky outfit and not to mention that sinister laugh that just fits perfectly in! Kefka owns that department!

I'd say the same as Final Dream, except that I don't think Ganondorf's was quite as good as One Winged Angel. And if movies count, I like the theme for the Orcs in Lord of the Rings.
