[Rumor] Valiant Saga: Final Fantasy (AKA Fortress)

This image is apparently found on Square Enix's site. Judging from the logo (Vagrant Story style font), and description, this (if real) is undoubtedly what was formerly known as Fortress. The new Ivalice game that has been under the radar for quite some time.

Oh, I, too, hope this is real. I love the world of Ivalice and have been dying to see another game set in that universe.

Interested, but only if it's being made by the Tactics Ogre/Final Fantasy XII team.

I'd love to see this and I hope its not just a rumor.

I like the Ivalice world, so I would like to see what they would throw at us.

If this is real, they're really missing the Ivalice train.

And besides that, why not just release a proper FFXII sequel? That uses the same gameplay and everything?

It's supposed to be more of a sequel to Vagrant Story, gameplay wise. If it really takes place in Lea Monde then there are sure to be plenty of connections as a prequel too.

Ivalice was the best thing to ever happen to Final Fantasy.

Here's to the hope that Vagrant Story will one day be remade.
