Fair enough. Now I have to consider that EA really are that idiotic to say that sort of thing directly. Not that that's much of a stretch to begin with, but... hm, I still don't know. If you buy a game and agree to those terms, then what's there to complain about? You don't like it, you don't put down your money. Yes, it's bull♥♥♥♥, but you don't have to put up with it. You're not missing much by not touching any EA-published games. EA have the right to try a new business model and succeed or fail at it.

Now, what does concern me is if they update their TOS such that old games are also affected by those changes. If so, then I hope they are willing to offer me full refunds for all games affected.

I must admit I do like the idea of multi-platform games as I'm tired of the gaming world being divided
