Can anybody tell me whether Mighty Switch Force is worth getting for £4.30? I heard that it's quite short and so I was wondering if at the discounted price you actually get your money's worth.

I accidentally beat Tales of the Abyss. I wanted to do this one sidequest and get more grade. Once I saw the credits, I just restarted the game, so I have to do it over again.

Oh well, the boss wasn't too hard.

Has anyone else been getting errors when trying to download anything from the eShop?

I've been getting a "Error has occurred bla bla try again later bla" thing for quite a while now. I know it's not my internet connection either, as I've tried under at least 3 different Wi-Fi signals.

I'm like the only one that didn't have that happen to me. After playing 5 Metroid games I could never beat a game without completing it 100% ever again.

But man, Nebilim was freaking awesome. So glad I decided to 100% it. From the fight you get an item called Blue Dice, and it increases the amount of grade you get from fights by 20%!

New Super Mario Bros. 2 is so close! And yet so far...

Yeah, that's actually what I'm trying to do. Cheagle Woods + Hard mode + Blue Dice= butt load of grade.

So guys you need to pick up Theatrhythm if you get the chance. It's really, really good.

It's apparently releasing here tomorrow, and I've had my eye on it for a while. Hopefully I'll be able to pick it up.

A FF game about music on the 3DS

I need to dust off my 3DS, this game is for me

I can't afford to get every new game that comes out on my recycling money. Still plenty older games I need to get. I got twelve bucks, and I'm debating whether I should get A Link to the Past on VC or Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters when it finally hits the VC in North America. I also want to get The Hobbit for Gamecube so I can do an LP of it right on time for the movie hitting theaters in November. I also have my eye on Final Fantasy I & II: Dawn of Souls if I can get it cheap at a used games store. And I also really want to get a better composite cable for my Wii so that my Dazzle LP's will have better quality. Oh, and then there's the Kirby anniversary collection that I really want.

All this and 3DS games I want but can't afford, like Mario Kart 7 and Kid Icarus: Uprising.

I'm thinking about skipping Mario Kart 7 though because by the time I get it, my ZU buddies will have moved on and not play the multiplayer much anymore. So I think it would be better for me to invest more in single player experiences, cuz I can never afford the next best thing like all you rich folk.

You should totally get Kid Icarus, you're not really missing on anything from Mario Kart 7 if you already have Mario Kart Wii, save for portability and a little better online.

Kid Icarus, though, is like, the best game ever.

Europe isn't the hugest market, but it's still a significant case. Digital distributors having to adjust policies and implement measures in order to be in compliance with first-sale rules in Europe could have an impact on policies in the Americas.

I haven't had a chance to read that entire ruling, but does it state that retailers HAVE to have a system in place to allow people to trade digital licenses? Or is that they can't go after someone legally if they were to sell their Steam account or something.

^ In order for a distributor to not prohibit the sale of digital game licenses, there would have to actually be a means for the consumer to transfer those licenses. Naturally I wouldn't expect distributors to be obligated to make this happen, but at the same time I also wouldn't expect them to take too happily to third parties doing so (that was the issue that sparked the court case).
