After the Oracles, I was initially disappointed with every Zelda game I played (WW,
TP,
ST,
SS, though I haven't finished
SS).
Portal 2 is more fun and more difficult than Portal 1.
ALttP has great replay value and is fun, but compared to other Zelda games, it's kind of boring.
Zelda's developer need to make more serious stories and characters, making the games altogether more believable and perhaps even "darker".
Okami > Wind Waker, Okami > Twilight Princess. However,
TP's dungeons are probably better than any one thing in Okami.
MGS: The Twin Snakes > MGS1.
Brawl can only completely outclass Melee when a mod is added that can make it
like Melee. Melee's physics engine makes fighting in it more fun than in Brawl.
New Super Mario Bros. (DS) is boring and has a pathetic soundtrack (both in quantity and quality of tracks).
Bioshock isn't nearly as good as everyone else thinks (I found it extremely difficult).
Metroid Prime 2 is just as good as MP1 except for the uneven difficulty.
Majora's Mask is the best Zelda (though I haven't played
FS,
FSA, or
PH, and I've only barely played
SS).
Left 4 Dead 1
feels better and more polished than L4D2, putting content aside. So, in a certain sense, it's more fun to play.
Golden Sun 2 > Golden Sun 1 > Golden Sun: Dark Dawn. DD was far too easy and annoying. I also dislike the 3D chibi look and the sound effects.
The Witcher 1's combat is not boring in the slightest.
