Favorite 3rd Party Devolper for Nintendo.

As simple as the title is.

What is your favorite 3rd party deveoper for Nintendo and why?

Mine is Namco. Hands down.

They have placed their trust in Nintendo latly. Giving it good games like Tales of Symphonia,Soul Calibur 2(whihc is best on 'cube) and soon to be Baten Kaitos ^^.

Sega and Capcom. I know they don't only develope for nintendo and I do not care.

Namco gives sony as much attention as nintendo btw.....possibly alot more.

Namco has been gaining much of my respect. It used to be Capcom but after a while Namco started coming out with all these great games that I couldn't ignore.

Possibly. But I think that the games it has given to Nintendo have been better than the PS2 ones.

Tales of Symphonia is for PS2 in Japan with more length to the overall story and more anime cut-scenes...the only thing I hate. They come out with a good game for Gamecube and then they come out with a better version for another system a short while later.

True but there is huge graphic problems as in blurryness.

Also it is very slowed down compared to the GCN version.

Not to mention it is only going to be released in Japan on PS2.

Nah. I'd say the GC came off way better in that game. The GC version loads much faster, has far clearer graphics, and came out first. Outside of Japan, it was the only version of the game.

Namco it is, for me. Up until the last year or so, I never really noticed or cared about them. But they've been doing a lot lately, and they've distinguished themselves as my favorite quality 3rd-party developer, period, for any system.

Yeah. Namco has done alot for me as of late.

Back when I was littler and played my SNES it would have been Square as I was into the old skool Final Fantasy games.

Squenix just isn't a Nintendo friendly company anymore...(see FF:CC)

Crap, I forgot about EA.

Sega, Capcom and EA. My favorite 3.

Namco as well, mostly just because of Tekken and Soul Calibur/Edge.

Capcom... I can't really think of more. I don't know what games Namco made.

Capcom, Namco, and Electronic Arts would be mine.

Or course, I only own 4 GCN games, but from the ones I've rented, those 3 come out on top. :razz:

Mine would be Capcom...but the only other ones I play games from are Konami and Namco, which are both beaten by Capcom because of Megaman!

Aye, my favorite is Namco, as well. They've been making some of the most top-quality games the past two years for both Sony and Nintendo.

I don't like most of the 3rd-party games Nintendo gets, except the ones by Sega. I like Square-Enix/Squaresoft, but their games on Nintendo are pretty horrible. Remakes of all Final Fantasies on the 'Cube would be heartening.

Namco, Sega, and Capcom...love those guys.

Namco brought me Soul Calibur 2, and EA gave us Bond games that were almost as good as the N64 Rare games of old. Sega hasn't done much for me, and neither has Capcom. (until RE4 comes out, that is)

Namco, Sega, and EA are my favorites. I don't think I can remember buying any Capcom games for GCN, at least, not yet.

I've never really cared about who made the games, as long as they were good. ^^;
I still don't to be honest. I suppose I can say Namco, Capcom and Sega makes good games, but it's not like I'm going to pick one game over another just based on the developer.
