Best Lotr game?

What does everyone think is the best of the lord of the rings game, for any system?

I say for me it is probably the return of the king for gamecube, x-box, and playstation. I just liked watching the clips of the two towers and the music though the battle sequences were alright, the levels were just not long enough. I do however think they should have made smeagle a secret character, but the didn't . Also has anyone heard of the new lord of the rings game coming out? I think is something called The Third Age, anyone have any info on it?
