What is the hardest game of all time??

What do you think is the hardest game of all time???

Dude, I must say that F-Zero GX is freakin hard, like...pisses you off hard.

No game is impossible to beat, otherwise they would not be allowed to sell them.

Anyway, the hardest game i have ever played so far is F-Zero GX. That game is really cheesin me off

I deleted my posts because I realized that there is a game you can not beat... Everquest.... There is no end... I must admit i was wrong... That is the one game i can think of that can not be beaten... But otherwise i was right... No game is impossible with exceptions...

Pac-man, that is a game you can't beat. I remember a flash on newgrounds about it. But yeah, Pac-man is the hardest game ever.

There's nothing to beat on pac-man. You would clear a board, then start on a fresh one, clear it, start, clear it, start...right up until the ghost-like whatever-they-weres got you. Despite this, I spent many happy hours trying to beat my brothers' scores on pac-man.

The hardest game of all time...meh...I'd say this goes to one of the old platform games. It might just be because I'm older/better now, but the old-school stuff (back in the days of NES/Mega Drive/etc) always seemed harder...

I have two words and a part of a word for those who think they know hard games.....Ghouls 'n' Ghosts. That game is next to impossible to beat. Even Adam Sessler from Xplay said, and I quote "If you know anyone who beat Ghouls 'n' Ghosts, congradulate them because that game is nearly impossible to beat." I might have been paraphasing there....

F-Zero GX is hard, but it's not that hard. It's too fun to be the hardest game ever

Ikaruga is definatly one of the hardest games I've ever played, but Ghost N Goblins takes the cake. As has been said it is virtualy impossible to beat the game. Other games that are hard, but beatable are:
Gitaroo Man
Armored Core Series
Final Fantasy Tactics
Xenosaga Episode 1 Der Wille Zer Macht
Warhammer 40,000 Fire Warrior

Those are the only ones I can think of right now.

The hardest game I ever played was metroid prime, mainly because: Its so long, its so hard, and its soooo scary! I spent half my time with the game paused while fighting a chozo ghost or a special space pirate, cos' I just couldn't face it... Anyone else played it?

I can't really say I know of " The hardest game " a games difficulty can't really be measured. Sure a majority of people may find a certain game challenging but others may find it to be a breeze.

Hey, I wasn't into RPGs that much when it came out in '01, so I didn't understand the game since it was a RPG. Your gonna laugh at me but it took me three months just to beat the game!

Anyways... another hard game i played was Mortal Kombat 3, man I hated the combo system.

Shinobi and Mega Man Zero would be the hardest games I've ever beaten.

Ikaruga, I've never played Ghosts and whatisit, but it would have to freakin hard to out do Ikaruga.

The hardest game of all time doesn't really exist as it is different for each individual person. For me it would have to be Metroid: Fusion as I have been stuck in a particular area for several months, might even be a year or two. Been a while since I actually played but I do remeber bombing every screen and finding no way out.

I can't really think of a game that was actually very challenging to me. Though i did have some trouble with FFX. That's before i learned i needed to level up my characters. Then is became one of the easiest games i've played.

The hardest game ever is really that one brick bracker game(I don't knowb the name, theres so manyversions of it), but I think it's called Brick Blaster. A classic, but is pretty hard and todays version makes it only a little eaiser with power-up's and such.

I don't know why, but all of the Metroids(except prime) are extremely difficult to me. Especially the first one.
