I always have to bring the dog in my room when I get to that part of the level cause that music scares the crap out of me.

Shouldn't this go on General Gaming since it's more about Nintendo in general than Zelda? Sorry, don't mean to rent-a-mod or anything...

Has either one of you ever heard of Jadusable? If you have, you've probably heard the song of healing backwards. I find that to be creepier than any of the songs you put on the poll.

Lavender Town. I am awesome.

I'm going to say Stone Tower Temple. But to be honest, I find the original Fire Temple music in Ocarina of Time(the chanting version) to be really creepy too.

The 'cursed area' theme from Majora's Mask was always a bit creepy to me. I believe it plays in all four areas, swamp-mountain-ocean-canyon, before the boss is beaten and the curse lifted. And then the Skull Kid's theme too of course.

The game's got plenty of scarier songs but they're all a more aggressive kind of scary and less "creepy".

How about the theme to the Metroids in Metroid 2, if you can past it's 8-bit sound.

I think Metroid 1 also had some very creepy and atmospheric music. Something Zelda or Mario will never capture.

Lavender Town. I literally left that town the first time I got to it because I was like "oh my God I'm going to get abducted or something."

I sort of always thought Lavender Town was pretty creepy. The backwards version sounds like it is the next Ratatat song!

I think the Shadow Temple music scared me the most. Bottom of the Well also was pretty freaking scary.

Also:
Be afraid.

Pokemon Tower still gives me the creep even to this day.

The theme of Majora's Mask, the mask itself I mean. THAT is creepy. When I first heard it, and sometimes even today when I hear it, a shiver runs up my spine. Whats wierd is that thats pretty much how I thought the theme would sound like.


Oh, and the Space Pirate theme from Metroid Prime. That kind of scared me when I first heard it.

My vote's Lavender Town.

Lavender Town music and that one building where all the dead Pokemon go (can't remember name) are both creepy.

Also, a lot of the music in Majora's Mask. Like the Ikana theme, Clock Town Day 3, the Final Hours, THEM, the final boss theme, I can go on.

Also, never played Mother or Earthbound before, but Gigya's theme is very... disturbing.

Majora's Mask as a whole portrays creepy themes.

Which makes the game awesome.

Gotta be the Forest Temple theme for me, it's really eerie. Also Day 3 in Majora's Mask.
