|OT| Pokemon (General): What's this about Pokemon 2?

When you get into the route from the south turn directly to yhe left and there will be a mountain where you need to use rock climb to get to a patch of grass and the razor fang is in the only place withought grass in the normal pokeball sprite.

Regarding the emulator crashes, are you using the translation patch? Because that fixed the team status screen crash thing for me.

I also like how Ghetsis is so far the only villain to say "screw this I control a freaking monster might as well get rid of this meddling boy/girl by impaling him/her with a bunch of giant icicles!"

Me spoiling people aside, I really want to unlock the world championship tournament that has all the past gym leaders/champions but it's a shame it's only 3 pokemon battles/doubles/triples. The teams they have are really good though (sets ripped straight from competitive sts, I hope they don't use Battle Frontier/Subway-esque RNG).

Also gamefreak is totally trolling with the difficulty keys and the move tutors, thanks to the former alone White is the suck version for me (unlocks faceroll mode on a pokemon game which is sad) while the latter just brings me the question, how does this:

Learn Drill Run but this doesn't?

I mean look at the damn thing! It has 2 giant spears that resemble a drill way better than whatever the heck Forretress uses!

Nope, that's a HP Up. Bulbapedia even says as such.

For the record, I checked every single square on that plateau, as well as every cliff edge I could reach from its top, just in case Blubapedia had accidentally not had it labeled as "hidden".

From what I can understand of this, Assist mode is unlocked by beating the champion in White 2 while Challenge mode is unlocked by doing the same in Black 2. It's a rather odd and unneccessarily complicated way of handling difficulty levels, but it does seem to add more of a unique flavor to the games.

They're both unlocked on both games when you beat the champ on either one. But to use it on a different game you have to transfer it to another game.

Some interesting stuff regarding N in B/W 2.

Some events associated with him.

It appears you're meant to purchase the same version as you got for the original. So people that got White are meant to get White 2 and Black's companion is Black 2.

But if you want the version exclusives that you could not get before, then get the opposite. Black exclusives are still exclusive to Black 2 and vice versa. (Or just get both )

Who wouldn't use Riolu? I'd catch one as soon as I could. I'm just mad we get the same starters. This is the only generation in wich I don't like any of the starters. Snivy is ok, I don't like the other 2. Couldn't they have switched them? That would have been awesome. Put one starter from gen 1, one from gen 2, and one from gen 3. Or better yet, a pkmn game where you can actually choose your starter from all the ones they've made.

BTW, I tried playing the game... my whole computer crashes. 0_O

Thats ok with me. I was planing on getting black again.

I've already pretty much decided what my team will be:
Samurott, Lucario, Espeon, Arcanine, Flygon, and Galvantula.

As soon as I finish my White version I'll start battling you guys. Guarantee I'll be one of the best trainers on ZU. I just need time, haha.

Did you actually train a competitive team? Or is it just your in-game team?

You're assuming that I'm close to beating the game...I've only got 2 badges. Right now I'm just using my in-game team. When I finish, I'll train a competitive team. Which shouldn't take long.Finishing the game will take some time though, because I have other ds games to play as well (Chrono Trigger, Fire Emblem, Professor Layton among others.)
I'll try to commit most of my time to White from now on though...I've been stuck on Fire Emblem for a few weeks, haha.

I heard they are and it's like an RPG Pokemon game, you travel all the worlds that were from portable games and catch Pokemon, train them, do missions and fight opponents.
I also heard it's going to be online.

It would be an amazing game!!

If Nintendo has any sense at all (which I'm starting to doubt after all the rehashes), they will.

I hope it will be more in the handheld-style of Pokemon games with a huge world to explore rather than say, Pokemon Colosseum.

They need to make a game called PokeMan. In PokeMan, you're a superhero who can transform into any pokemon... that he kills. It would be the best game ever.

This kind rumor of comes up all the time. No I doubt Nintendo will ever do this

That really would be awesome

Considering how there has been a Pokemon game for every Nintendo home console since the Nintendo 64, they would be crazy to not have one for the Wii U. But they need to make it stand out for everyone to take notice.
