After pulling out my dusty xbox for old times sake, I've been playing a lot of old games that seem a lot more fun than the newest titles out. It's actually a real shame that Fable 3 doesn't have the same impression on me at all like the first title.
Even the first Halo has a few fun game modes and map aspects that aren't even available in the latest title, Reach. One game type in Halo 1 was a hunt your target multiplayer game. The better you were, the more people targeted you.
I'm not trying to bash these franchises. They worked hard did a great job improving their well renowned titles. It just seems that lately they don't come to par. In my opinion, the developers don't seem to put in as much love into a game as they used to.
Have you played a game that had some aspects in it hat truly got excited for the next game, only to be disappointed that the features that you once loved are no longer being presented? What would you like to see in a game that isn't easy to find in the current popular demand?
