Top 10 PSP games for me: Jeanne d'Arc (my favorite SRPG this gen) Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles (one of the best handheld packages ever) Dissidia: Final Fantasy (solid and unique spin on the fighting game genre) God of War: Chains of Olympus (actually my favorite iteration in the series so far, the fact that this game was made on the PSP is amazing in it's own right) Half-Minute Hero (one of my favorite RPGs this gen period, even though it's hardly an RPG by traditional standards) Monster Hunter Freedom Unite (best iteration of MH on a handheld, and solid gaming experience you can spend hours on) Phantasy Star Portable 2 (only in Japanese, but this title is extremely solid; probably the best version of the online Phantasy Star series ever) Kenka Bancho: Badass Rumble (this game is just epic beyond words; hours of fun) Patapon 1 and 2 (both of these games are extremely addictive and fun, almost essential for anyone who owns a PSP)
I agree with most of what Big One said. Patapons are amazingly simple and addictive. God of War on the PSP is just fantastic, from graphics to sound and execution. Monster Hunter is a lot of fun, and while the combat definitely has a learning curve, once you get it it's lots of fun. The multiplayer could be worked on, but that's all. Dissidia's really cool, a lot of interesting Final Fantasy characters just beating each other up. Can't go wrong there.
I'd only add Little Big Planet for PSP. That game was my favorite thing about the PS3 for the longest time, but I never could afford one. Having one for my PSP is good enough for now.
i have Lego Indiana Jones, and Star Wars Batlefront II (played it on the xbox, loved it) but the disc is missing, and in my house, it's very hard to find small things. So I'll have to buy another one
So I guess I can't really say, can I?
The best game on the PSP, hands down, is FFT : War of the Lions. But, that's just me and my fanboyism.
Oh, and I also like Valkyrie Profile : Lenneth. I've never played a Valkyrie Profile before this one, so it took me a bit to understand how it worked, but in the end it was really fun.

Seriously? There are better SRPGs on the PSP alone. Disgaea and Jeanne D'Arc come to mind. FFT hasn't aged well and feels archaic compared to those two games.
I haven't played on the PSP for a while, the last games i enjoyed where Tekken Dark Resurrection, Assassins Creed Bloodlines, GTA, and MGS Portable Ops.
I have few PSP games. Out of the four or so I own, Dissidia is my favourite. Fun gameplay, pretty visuals, fantastic soundtrack, and it has Kefka in it.
