Via PSP Updates.
In case you haven't been following the scene, new PSP games starting in late August had a new encryption method that allowed them not to play on Custom Firmware 5.50. This really sucked, because this is the best couple of months right now that the PSP has probably had in its entire lifetime. Then, a decrypter was released for the 5.55+ games that allowed, with a little bit of work, for PSP games to be ripped to the PSP. (That's how I'm playing Persona, and believe me, with a Macbook that no longer has the room for bootcamp, this wasn't a fun process). With Firmware 5.50 Gen-C, however, it seems we'll finally be able to just copy and paste games to our memory sticks again, making the PSP (2000) once again, pretty sweet.
