I'm starting this thread to discuss all things Modern Warfare 2. Personally, I think this will be the best shooter ever. The newest trailer showing Washington DC under attack looks sick. Discuss all aspects of this game below.

I think that it'll be cool having all sorts of new weapons to use. Not only that, but the new perks, and screw-it, everything about the new online play is awesome.

I still say best COD for online is number 3 no perks or anything, it was all about player skill.

I'm glad they're rewarding people who go prestige.

I don't know about you guys, but I worked up to a 10th prestige in CoD4. Kind of sucked not getting anything for it.

Riot shield will be a very cool "Weapon". I wish I knew how that one works in regular battle.

I've been excited about this game for months! now what to talk about first...

How about giant gunships flying through the air that rain down explosions all over the map?

Yeah, that is awesome! And the new weps' you can get They look sick!

I'm still just going to use the M4 the whole time.

It'll bring up some cool strategies. One guy with a Riot Shield, and another following behind with a big, heavy gun.

I plan on fully paying off the game when I go to pre-order it this weekend. I want to make sure I have enough money for it.

EDIT : I'm probably going to spend it on that deal at Toys R Us, or whatever store it is, instead. Just because there's a few games I want to pick up, plus a Microsoft Points card.

Oh, and if I counted right, 28 days til Modern Warfare II is released.

MW2 is so awesome, I can't wait to get is. The automatic AA-12 is crazy not to mention how you can silence it.

The IW community sucks though lol.

I think one of the coolest things about this game is how customizable every aspect of multiplayer is. Customizable killstreaks, primary and secondary weapons, two attatchments on one gun. I really just can't wait til 11 10 09.

I preodered it but my PS3 disc drive took a dump so we have to find the warranty and all that. I want the M4 and the 50 cal from cod 4. The Ak was overpowed though.
