I have a feeling I did something....wrong. because I grinded myself up a lot before that battle and I still barely won. Every other battle in that game was pathetically easy (the final boss only got off one counter attack) but he was hard.

It's funny how what one person finds amazingly hard another finds so easy. I found aLttP amazingly hard (God only knows how many times I died on that) but yet there are lots of people who found it easy. I'm with you Crystal on Vaati being a challenge. Though I've never played any of the other games you've listed (Save TP).

It's never the bosses that get me in FE, more the waves of archers or something. I remember pirates being annoying as well.

Grunty from Banjo-Kazooie 1... damn ***** was pretty difficult.

Wilfre (Drawn to life) That bastard. Easier once you got the strat down but I went in with 50 lives and came out with 4.

Dark Aeons from FFX without super-buffed characters.

You know, I'm running through the games I've played and I can't really think of many...Lavos, I guess. And those two guys that had to die within a few turns of each other. Got easier with each playthrough, though.

Some Megaman Battle Network bosses were tough, but I wouldn't say any were 'the hardest' I had ever fought, same with Kingdom Hearts bosses. And Zelda. Pokemon was just a matter of being prepared.

(not really a boss) HL2 Ep. 2 final holding point was pretty tough.

2. Taira no Kagekiyo- Genji: Dawn of the Samurai(hard mode)
3. Final boss- Blaster Master: Blasting Again
4. Ruby Weapon- Final Fantasy VII
5. Emerald Weapon- Final Fantasy VII
6. Sera- Megaman Legends 2
7. Skeith- .Hack Infection

This is all I can think of right now.

Wow, no offense, but you guys really suck at games.

I can't really think of too many difficult bosses.

I suppose Gruntilda from Banjo-Tooie was pretty tough.

Barinade in Ocarina of Time took me a while to vanquish the first time, although I've never had any trouble with it since.

Radec: Killzone 2 on Elite Difficulty.
God of War 2: Theseus on Titan Mode, never ever did I beat this guy LOL
MM: Gyorg, kept getting eaten by him
KH1: Sephiroth, found him harder in the first game
RE5: Albert Wesker on PRO
SH4: Walter's Victims (Ghosts), these are exactly impossible to kill but I didn't know at the time and they chased you through the levels.

I had trouble with the shadow queen on TTYD. I was pretty under leveled though.
Also, Metroid prime on hyper mode. Argh, fission metroid in the Core fight.
Yeah, the omega pirate on hyper mode took me several times too, the pirates the but in the fight. ¬¬'
The aurora unit in Prime 3 on hyper mode had me too a few times. I forgot he turned into an head an I was too corrupted to win.
I have yet to play Metroid Prime 2 on hyper mode, but damn, even the boost guardian on veteran was a *****.

Yeah Radec was hard. He got easy after about 30 deaths on EASY. Speaking of Killzone . On my first run through, on easy, the ATAC was fun yet hard for me. Kessler on INFamous was kinda hard on hard.

The final boss in Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword
Medeus: FE11? I lose track which game is which
Final Bowser Battle: Super Mario 64

These are just a couple of hard bosses of the top of my head.

Actually, that's another one I had difficulty with. That very last swing to throw Bowser from the star-shaped platform onto one of the surrounding bombs took me a rather long time to accomplish.

King Blue on ultra V rated mode was pretty hard.
Ares in God of War was really hard for me. More so than anything in GoW2.
Hmmmm. Final Chaos in Dissidia is also extremely difficult.

The Deathmask fight from Winback was a pain in the ass, seeing as how it started with four other soldiers storming the room alongside him and you basically had no cover, which was the main gameplay element of that title.

I also had a lot of trouble with Quadraxis on Normal, so I hate to imagine how I'd fair against him on Veteran or Hyper. Another toughie is Henry on NMH's hard mode, definitely Ninja Gaiden-esque.

Really, I could make a top 10 list with just one of the console Ninja Gaiden games. But that wouldn't be fun, now would it?

The first boss from Ninja Gaiden is harder than any other boss fight I've ever played against.
