The Fun Fact Thread

I thought it would be a great idea to make a thread like this. I think it would be fun, humorous, and in a sense, educational, considering the fact you might learn something new. The facts can be about absolutely anything you can think of.
I also think this thread could have potential to be a stickied thread, if the members are in favor of the idea. I hope that's okay for the suggestion, moderators.

Okay, I have a fun fact.
In the manga/anime series of Dragonball Z, the character of King Kai, the character who taught Goku how to use the Spirit Bomb and Kaio-Ken has a monkey named Bubbles. This name is a pun on Michael Jackson's pet monkey, who is also called Bubbles. This is where the idea came from.

Donkey Kong was originally supposed to be called Monkey Kong, someone made a mistake making the M a D, but the name stuck.

In the anime of Dragonball Z, the famous quote "It's over 9000!" was meant to be said as "It's over 8000!", but the voice actor accidentally said 9000. And this was in the Ocean Dub of DBZ, but even in the famous FUNimation dub, they kept it as 9000 instead of 8000.

The font they use for the titles of the Spiderman movies is the same exact font for the PlayStation 3 (except for the very recent PS3 Slim).

And in the new Dragon Ball game coming out, Dragon Ball: Raging Blast, there was said to be 2 exclusive characters. One exclusive character has been confirmed to be a Super Saiyan 3 version of Broly.

I knew this one. I was somewhere and noticed a flea and it tried to jump on me. I basically got it in a position in which if I moved my had slightly downward, it would jump, hit my hand, and fall. I kept moving it downward and back up for like 5 minutes. I was amazed as to how high they could jump compared to their body size so I looked it up.
