Generally it is regarded as a more extreme example of weird chemicals in drinks but doesn't taste bad (or remarkable, though it can be addictive).

It still makes no sense that the frog guts are there.

Haha never had that either...But its like sprite? normal sprite but slightly different?

It's like Sprite in that it's lemon lime flavored. It is unlike Sprite in that Sprite is caffeine free and Mountain Dew has more caffeine than you will find in any other soda, or most other drinks for that matter.

Dew is a lot damn stronger in pretty much every regard. This can be good or bad depending on your preference.

As for the frog incident, I hope that never happens to me, and I hope they dont sneak in untracable frog residue into pepsi...

I'm almost 100% certain at this point that the frog bits were placed in the can in an attempt to get money out of the Pepsi company. This woman wants compensation for bad publicity for her husband, when they've obviously told enough people about this for it to reach the news. I would imagine that the Pepsi company is not responsible for the spread of the news of frog innards in their product.

Meh. This is one can in the past, what, couple of decades? Pretty good odds, all things considered.

I once saw a documentary on how there are thousands of poor coal miners and their families in the Appalachian Mountains who are addicted to it as if it is crack. It is very popular there. They have very stressful lives(coal mining and whatnot) and MD is supposed to relieve stress. They buy it everyday like they need their fix.

I used to be big on Pepsi and other forms of soda.

Never found anything in any can.

Nowadays, I'm not so big on any kind of soda. But I wouldn't let this bother me, even if I were. One can in millions has innards in it. So what? The chances are SLIM that it'll ever happen to you!

Plus, we have no idea how they got there, do we? For all we know, it is a scam for publicity or whatever, which would make it even less likely to ever happen to you.

Also, Mountain Dew is one of the worst sodas for you you could ever drink. It tastes okay-ish in my opinion, but I'm not a big fan. Plus, it, and any other kind of drink with caffeine in it, only dehydrates you. Mountain Dew has more caffeine in it than other sodas, and therefore, is really bad for you.

Even though I know the chances of this happening to me are very, very slim, news stories like this always makes me paranoid when I drink out of a can. But I still do it.

And for all of you saying you'll never drink Pepsi again, have you ever wondered about the crap that happens to your food everytime you eat at a restaurant? If your going to stop drinking Pepsi because of this, you mine as well stop going to restaurants as well.
