Would you want a boy or girl?

Girl. Maybe because I hate young boys. They're all so loud and annoying. A girl's nice and quite and usually matures quicker. Plus my wife, assuming I'd have one at that stage, logically speaking, would be better able to look after her therefore shifting the burden from me. All in all, girl = less work.

A boy, because I want to dress him in pink, so that people say "what a sweet little baby girl".
when I explain that it is a boy, and they ask me why he is wearing all pink, I will scream "because he is gay!"

... now that I think of it, The child really doesn't need to actually be a boy for the little bit to work, I just need to tell people it is ^_^

...but no, seriously, I don't really care if it is a boy or a girl when/if we start reproducing, that is not important to me.

I'm not going to have any kids.

If I did though, the gender wouldn't matter to me at all.

I think I want a boy and a girl too, but since you have to choose, then I want a little girl. I'd let my boy to do everything what he can, or make wrong decisions, because I can't decide what should I let him to do, and what shouldn't. It's because I'm not a boy, so I can't know exactly what's importart in a boy's life. I'd better understand a girl, thus I could better take care of her.

you make it sound as if boys and girls are two completely different animals.

Because it is very possible that I can't state my opinion well. And thus it is very possible that it sounded in a way I don't want it to sound.

A boy could do it, but I've never known a girl her whole life, so it'd be a nice change.

If I have children I'd prefer a boy first, then a girl.

I would not care. If I had a girl though, I would raise her to become the ultimate femenist. I will not stand for her unequality!

I do want my own children in future, but when it comes to genders, I don't mind at all.

Though it would be nice to have a mix than all boys, or girls.

I would choose both but if I could only have one then I'm picking Girl because then I can spoil her and she can be 'Daddy's little princess'

I've got a boy on the way, so I guess it really doesn't matter which I'd prefer. ;3

Also, I honestly prefer boys. I find them to be easier to deal with than girls. Rather unfortunate for the husband-thing of mine, since he seems to terribly want a girl. :3

Eeeeeehhh... I'd want a girl, I think. Boys tend to be more annoying and hyper. It would be more likely for a boy to disregard what you say then a girl would. But then, you got that whole "I don't want MY daughter going out with some punk!" thing. =P
