Sneaking in

Do any of you Zuers out there and sneak onto ZU on the school computers? I just find that ZU is so irresistable!!! I can't help it. So, the question is: Do you like Zu so much that you even go onto to the school computers? Infact, I am on one right now.

Unfortuantly my *stupid* school filtering system has blocked the ZU forums. It hasn't blocked the Java IRC client though

Since I do three 'independent' (ie. without a teacher) classes I'm pretty much free to go on whatever sites I want and more often than not I'll be logged into the chat. The lag is unbelievably slow though.

ah...I used to be able to go on but Correk and my school's comps have a blocker called: Saint Bernard that blocks all game sites....even ZU...ah...I miss so much.....

galbatorix are you really at school right now? i go on ZU at school but i don't have to sneak cause they don't allow chat rooms but technically ZU is a forum. so i'm allowed

if i got time at school, im on ZU
cause 90% of my school work is done behind a computer, im doing a computer education
they dont block anything
i just cant get on IRC, except for the terminator-pc's (they're realy called that ) they dont block irc

I got banned from the college computers for coming on here last year, heheh

But yes, I still pop in when I'm at film training school! It is allowed more as most of us are 18 or over. Although, when I can't think of ideas for my films, I come on ZU until I think of something. You could say it is my inspiration! XD

Of course I sneak on... only sometimes. Recently I have stopped doing so. Alt+Tab is your friend....

I do go on the chat though during my programming class when I am not working on Photoshop or on a website.

As DoD said, ZU is blocked from our extremely strict Website filtering thing. It sometimes blocks out educational sites. o_O

If I've got time I'll check ZU sometimes if there's not too many people on the computers (lots of people online = slow internet)
Plus, during daytime for me the forums aren't particularly active..
I'm rarely online at school though, and right now I have so few clasess I've got enough time to check zu at home.. heh

In highschool, we don't always sneaking into ZU or other gaming sites. If we can prove to our teacher(s) that we can finish the coding assignments on time and efficiently, then we can surf whatever we want (excluding porn) and even play games.

In university, they don't care if you go into gaming sites or other sites (again, excluding porn). You are an adult already when you are in unversity, so they almost never monitor you, if at all.

Yeah i went on ZU like once. My friends were asking me what the hell i was doing lol. I told them i was on an awsome Zelda forum and their like Oh OK. Luckily we had a subsitute that day otherwise i would never be able to go on. We are only allowed to go on a couple sites.

If I have time, I go to the technologies Center and I sneak on ZU and the chat room. I only done it once or twice, and I almost got caught by this lady who was looking what we are doing on the computers.

Our computer filters most sites, ZU included. Besides, I no longer am in Web Page Design class so I dont have a computer to use unless I go the library. I found that I could veiw ZU through the "veiw" option on Google but it looks really goofy with stuff missing, not to mention it gives u random threads.

I don't have computer classes so it's hard to loggon ZU at school :s but when I have the time I go on. We go on computers only about twice a month and it's for doing some stupid work that is not important at all! That's why I'm almost only logged on late on the evening...

I do it occasionally, however, I usually don't have that much time to stick around, and I like to see what is new since I last logged off, because that way I can see if there's any moderation that needs doing, etc.. If I don't have a lot of time to at least read everything that has happened, then generally, I don't come in at all. I stick to smaller message boards that require less attention instead.

My School District blocks any porn, gaming related sites, which really sucks. But my Government teacher lets me borrow her laptop from time to time so I can get on from there XD

I don't have time in school to visit ZU. I went on once when I had free time. I would rather go on when I get home. It's something to look foward to. Besides in my school it's a LAN (local area network) so if I log in then all the computers are logged in as me. Also the teacher can look into my computer from her computer.

why do you like porn? sorry if that was insulting but it just sounded wierd to me.
