Tarot Cards?!

I do!! Always have, always will!! Although I have NOT known about these cards all of my life, I always believed in these sorts of phenomon!!

I read them for others, & have meditated on them with others!!

What do you guys say...

No, I think people are in control of their own future.

Um...I sort of believe in that stuff. My family is good friends with a lady who does that kind of job, and most of the things she has told us are things that wind up coming true. I was at first a bit skeptical, but then the lady started to say all sorts of things that are true in my life even though she didn't even know me. It was...intense. I mean, she knew all sorts of things about me just by looking at some cards! She then said that she saw a wedding in the near future, and sure enough, my boyfriend indirectly proposed to me a few days after my visit with her. :\

I'm actually designing my own set of Tarot cards now for my end of year project. =D It's always been a major ambition of mine to do so.

Personally I don't believe the future is set in stone, and while I do like my tarot cards, I take anything I get from a reading with a pinch of salt. I like to think of a reading as something that doesn't read the future, but something I can interpret to a situation i am in. Like the way they fall together could be taken as a form of advice. I do like to believe they are magic, but mainly I take the pragmatic view on them.

A bit harsh, but I have to agree. I have trouble believing that future events can be foretold by anything, much less a stack of thick paper with pictures on them.

Tarrot cards/divination are like lotteries. Plenty of people try them, whether it's in hopes of reward or just for laughs or just to waste some cash, but the odds of your's being the right one are pretty low.

I have tried a few minor fortune telling things and big surprise they turned up to be a big goose egg.

Ehh Tarot is a bit dubious. Im not really sure if i believe in it since well, ive gotten Tarot readings and they all were wrong.
