Holidays!

Our term one at school just ended... and since it's a christian school, we get friday off for Good Friday too! Then Anzac day on the monday we're meeant to get back! Who else is in they're holidays and what are you going to do?

Yeah, I've got a 11 week holiday starting today .

Most schools in Queensland, Australia do in fact.

I'll probably just work and skate the whole time, heh.

I started 2 1/2 week holiday yesterday

I hate you Australlians..We get a two week Holiday and we're at school until the start of July..Grrr to all of you..*Cries*.

Heh, but when I lived in South Africa we used to get tremendously big holidays.

We get spring break, but nothing else for holidays, we don't get Good Friday off, but that is because I go to a piblic school.

Holidays are awsome, I am Jewish, so I get to take off for my own holidays, and the holidays of the ones our school lets us of for for Christian holidays. It's twice as good! But our spring break isn't for another two weeks, a very very sad thing... I know... But it is only because our school schedule is seriously screwed up, the way they plan it. But they do that for a reason, a reason I have yet to figure out... but a reason none the less.

you guys get two week holidays? we get march break or spring brake and then we're in school till july. well actually i'm on a 4 day week-end starting today. there's good friday the week-end then easter monday

We got 2 weeks off, even though I'm not at school (I'm 18, school's until 16 in the UK) and I'm at this film training thing, we still get holidays very similar to the schoolkids.

Well, I had spring break a few weeks ago, for me it's a long weekend for easter despite me going to a public school, I get Friday-Monday off, then we have to go to school 'till the middle of July.

Heh, we got four months of summer off, and it's when we can find a job or something to get enough money to pay for the next semester.

Well, I am on my Spring Break now. Just a whole week off. My Spring semaster ends at May 10th. But I am taking classes for the Summer. So, I never have long breaks, and I like to take classes in the Summer because I don't want to be bored for 2 months.

Ah, all of you are getting weeks off, I only get a four day weekend . Well it will still be fun, friends, chocolate and such .

Easter is on Sunday, its always on a Sunday.

Meh, Im on a 3-day weekend right now...just for the Firday of Goodness. Spring Break is one week long here, and that was two weeks ago. Not too much happens break-wise unitl summer, which starts around the 30th of May. I probably wont have much of a break over summer though, Im tired of being bored so Im definately getting a job, and Im conisdering taking some summer classes.

Easter modnay is the name of the day after Easter, it's considerd a holiday.

My mistake then, sorry about that. ^^;

I had never heard of it, its not marked on my calendar, and I have never had that Monday off from school.

I have only 5 days holiday.

My spring break was a while ago, and I only got a week. Right now I only have a 3-day weekend though, which isn't too bad, at least I get monday off. Right now I'm looking forward most to Summer Vacation of course. I get to go travel around the east coast of the US, which will be very awesome ^_^
