just sounds like dressing casual to me. just don't tuck it in, un button the top two buttons, and roll up the sleeves. I see nothing nerd at all about it.

Do YOU like it? Are you comfortable in it? If so, then there's nothing to regret. Tuck it in, leave it out, button it all the way up, leave some unbuttoned... do whatever you want with it. Make a new fad.

...but really, stop caring about what anybody else thinks about the way you dress. You wouldn't let some total stranger dress you, would you? Wear what YOU like.

People at my school wear dress shirts and jeans all the time, and the girls go nuts over it.

As long as it isn't tucked in.
