Those Magic Moments

So, you guys got any magic moments in your life that you wish to share with us? They can be romantic, friendly, family, etc, whatever you think was a magic moment in your life.. you know, one of those things you just think back on constantly and you smile. Basically, a best moment of your life, kind of deal; even if it wasn't a big flashy happening. Maybe it was something small that no one would really understand/appreciate other than yourself and the select person/people you shared it with.

Keep it PG-13 though. No sexual "magic moments". Or even slightly suggestive sexual comments. I don't care how mild it is. I won't be afraid to pass out those infractions/warnings if you choose to do otherwise. :3

However, with that being said, feel free to share your "first kiss" experiences, or something similar to it. Nothing wrong with a cute kiss, but keep it as clean as you can, please.

Going to my late aunt's birthday party when she was still alive.

My first kiss was amazingly good. It was one of those rare times where I felt like I won at life. As bad as things are at times, nobody can ever take that moment from me.

When I hunged out with Nox's friends from his college one Halloween.

I don't believe I've had one of those moments.

My first kiss was hilariously inept, with a person I had met hours before, who I don't much care for. I have made good decisions.

I do believe I have had such a moment. When my brother came for vacation from Uni, I tackled him and rubbed my head against him. I gave him the biggest hug in the world! =')

My first kiss, and the moment I told Natalie how I feel about her. The fact that these events happened at around the same time only serves to make it even more special.

My first kiss, 'cause I was in, like, grade 10 (don't laugh ;_; ) and it was the girl I'd liked for so long. How'd it happen? I drew a portrait of her in art and handed it to her at the end of the day. We went out once.

I'm glad so many people had moments like those. :3 But, when I said to keep it clean, you didn't have to give us bare minimum details! Feel free to elaborate more on your story telling. Like, Liah.. how did he propose? :3 I love stories like those. I sometimes get really awesome and unique ones.

Anyways, I'll always remember my first kiss with Jatta. It wasn't my first kiss ever, but it definately was the best. We had been talking for several months about seeing each other for the first time and we did.

It was at her sister's place, since it's a lot more easier for me to travel to. So nothing really happened before everyone went to sleep. At first we just held each other and enjoyed the moment of actually being able to touch one another. Then, after a while, I reach out a bit and gave her a kiss. And she kissed back.

New Years Eve going from 2005 to 2006. First year of university, home for the winter holidays, one of the kids I went to high school with had a giant house party, where most of the people I had been close and not-so-close with were. Seeing a lot of these people that I had gotten used to seeing every day for the first time in months came as a comfort for me, as I was having a bit of a rough time then, and it was only going to get worse (though I had no way of knowing, of course).

There were a couple people in particular I was really happy to see, and one in very particular.

As the clock ticked to midnight it was as if every person in the house packed into the same room to countdown the final seconds, and when it hit midnight there was an explosion of cheers, hug, kisses, handshakes, and just an overwhelming elation and happiness.

And everything was beautiful and nothing hurt.

When I first moved into my neighborhood when I was 7, I had little friends. I was practically a loner. I then found out a few days later, the mos prettiest blonde moved near my house. We became friends soon after, and I began to have feelings for her.

It was 7 years later, and it was the 7th grade dance. We actually danced, and it was the best feeling of my life. It was as if it were all a dream.

( Now it's time for tragic moment time)

I was just about to confess how I've felt over all these years, when suddenly in the speakers they mentioned her name and mine were dating. She ran out crying and I was there stuck to the floor. I ran after her, but she was already ahead in the girl's bathroom.

I felt it wasn't a good idea to tell her, and i held it in.

A week later, I wanted to tell her the truth, but when I got to her house, it turned out she moved. I was left no address or phone, and I spent a year trying to contact her.

I eventually did, but that's all a different story. Long story short: we got along well after all these years later...

brokerjoker--sure thing. It was the day of our three-year anniversary together. We had already gone on a picnic, watched a movie, went for a stroll in the park. In the evening, we went to the beach. Around 10ish, we were sitting, talking, snuggling, laughing, when he pulled me to him, held my hands and told me he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me, and then his asked me to be his wife.
