Community Thread Version XXIII: HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEHBEH! <3

Tott received a package today.

It contained clothes.

I broke my hand. It hurts. I had to take some Vicodin just now. It's hard for me to type.

For those who are interested in knowing, the CT has been closed for a few days now, due to some "restructuring". That restructuring will be taking place fully today. A somewhat new opening post will be made with some new rules, altered rules, etc.

Upon reopening the CT, you are required to read the opening post, and abide by the rules. The Community Thread is made for a "community" feeling, but just because you can't post general conversation or one to two lined posts, doesn't take away from that feeling. Even Communities have structure to them. You have the Clans, you can go to MSN, or IRC, or even just stick to visitor messages. You can't deal with that.. then I'm sorry. Shoot me a VM/PM and tell me how you feel about it.

As the intelligent members that you are, I am sure you know what falls under an announcement, and what doesn't.

Also blegh hospital sucks. ;-; I was admitted for five days a couple of weeks ago and had all sorts of things in my arms hands elbows for a cellulitus and I had to go back in a few nights ago because of the antibiotics (thankfully oral now) lowering my immune system and giving me another infection- it was viral this time though and I only spent one night there.

Opinion on the new rules:

They're basically the older rules, just more strict. Which will probably take all the fun away from the Community Thread, if they are enforced as they should.

I don't like the new rules. Come on, was the CT really that spammy?

Anyway- I'm getting used to my new car and I bought some air fresheners, a CD holder visor thingy, and a waste bag that hangs on the back of the seat.

When I go next month to get my Plates, I'm seriously considering getting a vanity plate.

I kind of agree. I think it is a bit over the top to close down a thread and modify the rules. The rules should be forced when it is reasonable to do so. I hope things would remain casual around here. =)

So I am leaving again, (if you havent heard) for another month.

So basically, we can not even talk about our daily lives without getting modded? Classy ZU. Classy.

Anyways, before I become a victim, last night, my parents think I was drinking or hanging out with folks who I drank. Now, good boy Snow_Storm don't drink, at all so it's kinda pissing me off that my parents think I'm drinking (maybe because good ol' Snow_Storm likes having a life these days and wanna hang out until almost midnight on the dot.)

I feel like kickin' my friends asses if I found out one of them was doing the **** before we hung out and their smell got on my clothes. But also, my parents think it could be diabetes kickin' in since our family has a bloodline of it. Or they think I need to wash up better. Hmm...

I know I don't drink at all and I tend to keep myself clean...oh ****.

Then again, I haven't really felt very tired or tend to piss every other second like a diabetic so I guess I really do need to clean up better.

I think it's dictatorial to take one of the really few semi-casual ZU threads and make it serious. I think that the new rules make the CT less than half as fun as it was.

How about we start a "Bring the old CT thread back!" movement? Just kidding... Kinda. :/

You know, I don't really care if you guys talk about your daily lifes. As long as it's not spammy. I want some thought put into posts, instead of spammy one liners that don't really fulfill anything. And this is not a chit chat thread. That's basically all that's new. Don't spam, and if you guys get too chatty in thre CT, some posts will be deleted, and we are to encourage you guys to take it to other means of communication. Honestly. When I come into the CT I wanna see the good things that happened to people, or even if someone needs a pat on the back, but to have spammy conversation in the CT is a nono. Not a big deal. :/
