Jason, I thought I'd like to inform you about something. Perhaps you already know about it, or maybe you don't.

I don't care about the background in the slightest. Took five seconds to make ... that's why the PSD ain't worth storing on my computer. It's only there in case I, for some reason, need to change the colors.

That was fairly entertaining and added one more person to your hopes of reaching 100 people. I feel accomplished enough for one day now.

Hmmm... The logo is not trademarked and the site has no copyright stamp, so I guess he hasn't yet. I could be wrong, though.

No - but then again, I don't claim any trademarks to ZU or ZU's logo, either. We're well known and nobody is enough of a douchebag to steal our image (I do have copyright and ownership over the images, though, as I do with Venti). Copyright is inherent as far as I know, but trademarking costs a lot of money, and this early in the project we don't even have any funding.

If our team ever feels the name or logo is threatened by competitors, we'll protect it. But it's not financially feasable for us to do that right now. However, I think I will add a copyright notice to the site.
