Re: Have You Ever Named Your Pet After a Zelda Character?
I work at a vet lab, and I can assure you that there are plenty of people in the world who have done this. Zeldas, Links, Ganons, Tetras, Sarias, etc. Out the wazoo.

My Friend's kids named their cat Sarah. but they were too young to realize that Link's friends name was saria. they read it as Sarah. sothat's what their cat's name is. but the intention was to name her after Saria in OoT.
Myself- never done it. probably never would. I left my cat's name as it was when I adopted her.
Cricket.

Re: Have You Ever Named Your Pet After a Zelda Character?
My rooster ended up being named Link, and the chicken Zelda. I dont really understand how it happened. it was not my idea and now I think it was kind of dumb. But they are both gone now. My sister drowned Zelda and a raccoon ate Link. My other pets have very uncreative names such as Lizard Man (bearded Dragon), Pac Frog ( A pac man from who is dead), etc. My sisters name everything else stupid names like Lil Bit ( my dog. urg.) and rabbit (leopard gecko). I got tired of naming birds so the pigeons and doves remain nameless.
