Do you have Nightmares when you dream?

I was wondering if anyone has Nightmares when they dream at night.
I have not had any for years now, which is nice ^_^

you should have had more options. like i have, not generally, or occasionally.

I think that might be going a bit to in depth...

No, it needs to be in the poll, because I certainly can't answer like such.
Everyone's had nightmares before, so the poll is sorta redundant right now.

I rememeber two odd nightmares I have had. One was a month or so ago, when we were getting evicted and had to move into a motel. The dream was abot my living room in the house we were getting evicted from, it had a deep lake with a submarine in it; and the whole dream was just a repeated sequence of a torpedo falling out of the sub, and us evacuating. Metaphor, maybe?
The other nightmare was back when I was about 7 or 8. Earlier that day I had played half-life with my dad and uncle at his work on his break. When I fell asleep, I dreamt that I was at some supermarket with my dad, friend, and her dad, and a midget invaded the store with a machinegun.

I don't know if I have nightmares often. Sometimes I do, but they're not close to being as bad as the Wind Fish' dreams

I do know that I have really great dreams sometimes. Some time ago, I dreamt I was playing The Conduit! I was fighting some space-worm, and the controls kicked ass!

You should add occasionally to the poll or something. I usually dream of nothing, and if I do dream about something I forget what that something was a few minutes after I wake up (unless it's one of those really happy/nice dreams). I rarely have nightmares anymore, but had loads of horrible recurring ones when I was little.

I probably only remember like 5 dreams a month. I guess I have a nightmare every couple months or so, I used to get them a lot more.

I don't get a lot of dreams. All that I remember are nightmares that eventually become lucid. So yes.

Not a lot of nightmares, but I do dream a lot, mostly about sex or the random shenanigans my friends and I often participate in. I do remember one very particular nightmare that I had when I was 16, though. Basically, me, my dad, and my two brothers went camping near an old abandoned cabin in the middle of the woods, where all of us were eventually slaughtered by a wolf-bear-demon creature. The part that really stood out to me is a scene where I found my little brother in a room crying, and the creature killed him right in front of me. That startled me enough to wake me up.

Oh, and there was another one where the same little brother developed cancer and died. I particularly hated that one.

I dream quite vividly. A new dream every night, and three out of four times, I remember it. I don't really have nightmares anymore, just really stupidsomewhatscary dreams. When I wake up in the morning, I normally just shake my hand and tell myself that I should probably stop eating before I go to bed.

Yeah, I do have nightmares. I had one just the other night, and it had to do with the loss of...down there...and it wasn't very pleasant. Very painful.

Sometimes. I will only name two of them, because three of them I'm afraid to talk about, one of them I don't know how to describe, and there's bound to be a few that I don't remember.

I'm afraid of the Big Octos in the Wind Waker, so this dream scared me a lot. I was on the island where you get the Power Bracelets (the volcano; it's name escapes me at the moment) except there was land, so it was more of an island instead of just a volcano. I was surrounded on both sides by two Big Octos. The King of Red Lions wasn't with me, so I couldn't escape, and I'm afraid of the ocean in real life, which prevented me from swimming along with the fact that I don't know how to swim (I was Link, but with my personality). I just stayed there, scared.

This dream happened between two-five weeks ago. There was a tornado, that, according to the news, would destroy the world in three days (I noticed this is somewhat of a Majora's Mask reference). Three days had passed. I went outside of the mall I was at and saw the tornado. It destroyed everything in it's path, including the ground below it. I got so scared that I passed out. I was alive the next day, but after a while of browsing in a store, found out that I was in the hospital (I had fallen on concrete). I apparently was in two places at once, because I also was in the store. This dream scared me because I've heard that dreams can sometimes happen in real life, and I thought that this was going to happen. I certainly hope it doesn't.

I have nightmares a lot. Often involving the Ocean.

I have them, but not often. I usually have nightmares involving monsters, aliens or being lost.

I remember a dream about once a week ... I've had some pretty crazy ones...

I generaly only have nightmares though when I'm under a very high stress like right before exams...
