Pie

Anyway, this thread sucks and is now about pie and the ways that said pie can irritate you.

What really makes me mad about pie is when its sloppy after cutting it because then you can't really enjoy the crust, which is the good part of the pie.

I concur. I dislike trying to cut a piece off of a slice of a pie, particularly cherry pie, with my fork, only for most of the slice to collapse in on itself.

Yeah, and for some odd reason its always cherry pie. I'm just wondering how the dude from American pie could even make such a perfect hole. In reality, the crust would collapse on itself.

I dislike when fat people at all the pie.

I dislike whipped cream on my pie. Seriously, pie is already good enough, it doesn't need dairy products like cream and ice cream.

Can you please stop trolling and stay on the topic of pie?

Well it depends on the pie, for cherry pies that might be redundant, for apple pie perhaps, maybe a pumpkin pie. But cherry on ice cream is always good.

Personally, on the matter of pies caving in on themselves, I've found a solution for that. Don't use a fork. Honestly, I find it an insult to my pie to be sticking sharp objects inside that delicate, flaky crust. It's like the one part of the equation that I simply don't need. I prefer to slip a hand under the pie and raise it to my mouth. A bit of a mess down my shirt, perhaps, but no collapsing.

I think the truly pressing matter is, "Apple, blueberry, or cherry?"

I use a spoon when I eat pumpkin pie, which is one of the only pies I like. xD
And I think that cool whip goes wonderfully with it.

My favourite pie is night pie, and on the subject, I must ask, isn't the idea of night pie just a priori? Mayby everyone has a differnt name for it (night pie being mine) but I happen to bring it up in a conversation the other day and everyone thought I was crazy.

You put it in the microwave for a bit, put cold, vanilla icecream on top, and Bam!, you got yourself an appetizing, delectable, delicious, flavorsome, luscious, palatable, sapid, savory, scrumptious, toothsome, yummy, zestful dessert.

And pumpkin pie sucks.

Bacon Pie. It is the most holy of all sacred things in this world. 3 layers of sliced potatoes with mozzeralla, chaddar and colby cheese inbetween, spiced to perfection, and wraped in a crispy bacon crust.
