Just a question that baffles me.

Do all of the cuss words count? If so, I'd probably go with the s- or f-bomb. If not, well, I don't know. Probably something like "forsaken" or "cryptosporidium."

My favorite word is "of". I'd be happy saying only that for the rest of my life.

"Bloody." As in "bloody hell." I find myself using it in just about any circumstance, regardless of appropriation.

I like masticate. It's what I do at every meal.

I use these two a lot when I wind up having a hard time remembering the name of something in a conversation. On the tip of my tongue, but I can't say it. So naturally, I'll plug in one of these two words.
